Job Summary
We are looking for a high-agency, hands-on Marketing Associate to join our Brand & Marketing team. This role is suited for someone who understands full-funnel marketing from brand building to demand generation, with strong exposure to LinkedIn-led social media, Instagram presence and brand thinking.
This role is fundamental to executing our brand strategy, serving as the bridge between creative vision and operational implementation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of creative campaigns, social media content creation, and comprehensive brand management.
We are looking for a professional who can manage complex cross-functional workflows, ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, and translate strategic goals into high-impact content.
Skills required-
- Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; 1–3 years of proven experience in a creative, agency, or brand-focused role.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder project timelines with high precision and minimal oversight.
- Operational Efficiency: Strong capability in managing logistics and fulfilment processes, with high attention to detail in tracking and distribution.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of effectively managing external agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
- Analytical Aptitude: Proficiency in data management and tracking systems (Excel/Google Sheets) to drive campaign efficiency.
- Creative Judgment: A strong eye for visual storytelling, design quality, and video narrative, with the ability to provide actionable, constructive feedback.
