VoloFin is expanding! As a fast-growing fintech in the supply chain and trade finance space, we’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist / Associate to join our team.

Role Overview
As a Marketing Specialist / Associate at VoloFin, you will lead marketing initiatives across domestic and international markets, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute integrated marketing calendars aligned with business goals
· Plan and manage PR campaigns, award nominations, webinars, and speaker opportunities
· Build compelling marketing collaterals including brochures, emailers, social media posts, and website content
· Drive SEO, paid campaigns, and social media strategy in collaboration with agencies
· Track, retarget, and convert leads to support business development and pipeline growth
· Coordinate go-to-market strategies, conduct competitor benchmarking, and identify growth opportunities
· Oversee deployment of marketing automation tools and monitor campaign ROI
· Manage communication strategies for both domestic and global markets
Requirements:
· 3–5 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, preferably in fintech or financial services
· Proven track record in handling multi-channel campaigns and performance marketing
· Strong content writing and storytelling skills for digital platforms
· Experience in working with creative agencies and tech teams
· Excellent project management and communication skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master’s degree (MBA/PGDM) in Marketing or Digital Marketing is a plus
- Certifications in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and content marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
