About the Role
We're looking for someone who is curious, articulate and excited to build. This is not a role where you'll be assigned one function - you'll have the opportunity to work across everything that brings The Climate Guys to life.
From social media and digital communications to events, partnerships, content and brand building, you'll be involved in taking ideas from concept to execution. If you enjoy learning quickly, taking ownership and working in a fast-paced environment where every day is different, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
You will support and execute The Climate Guys' communications across digital, social media, events, partnerships, research launches and brand initiatives. Working closely with the founders, you'll help create content, manage campaigns, coordinate events, engage with stakeholders and ensure ideas are executed seamlessly from start to finish.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Is a fresher or has up to one year of work experience.
- Has exceptional written and spoken English.
- Loves writing, storytelling and communicating ideas clearly.
- Is proactive, resourceful and takes ownership.
- Is eager to learn, experiment and think creatively.
- Enjoys working in real time and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Is organised, dependable and willing to roll up their sleeves.
- Wants to build something meaningful while having fun along the way.
