Marketing Associate
Smarkupp Studios is looking for a creative, strategic, and growth-focused Marketing Associate to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, brand growth, market research, and client communication. This role requires someone who can contribute to campaign execution, identify growth opportunities, support outreach initiatives, and collaborate effectively across multiple projects.
Responsibilities
• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify growth opportunities
• Support strategy development for branding and marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams on content, campaigns, and client projects
• Manage project timelines, reporting, and campaign tracking
• Assist in sales support and client outreach activities
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and prospects
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare performance reports
Qualifications
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Understanding of marketing principles and campaign execution strategies
• Proficiency in Market Research and analytical thinking
• Experience or interest in Sales and client relationship management
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and project management software is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to adapt, multitask, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
