Role Overview
We are seeking a Branding/Marketing Associate to support marketing, social media, and creative
direction. You will execute digital campaigns, assist in photoshoots, and ensure brand consistency across all touch points. The focus is on execution, follow ups, data entry and co-ordinating with our brand manager.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Social Media Management:
- Manage daily posting and engagement across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Execute content strategies and luxury storytelling to enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate with the Brand Manager to maintain a high-frequency posting routine.
- Track KPIs and social performance to optimize conversion and engagement.
- Update our database with customer enquiries
Creative Direction & Asset Management:
- Assist in planning and coordinating high-end jewellery and video shoots.
- Asset Management: Catalog and organize high-res imagery/videos for marketing needs.
- Collaborate with stylists and photographers to maintain brand aesthetics.
- Support the creation of lookbooks, brochures, and digital advertisements.
Logistics & Stock:
- Manage shipping/receiving of jewellery for collaborative shoots.
- Maintain data on social mentions and handle stock accountability for PR activities.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in luxury fashion or jewellery marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media trends and digital marketing tools.
- Proven ability to manage creative assets and assist in high-end productions.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and organizational skills.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
