Digital Marketing & Market Content | Global Executive Search
Sartre Group is a global executive search firm specialising in quantitative finance and systematic trading. The firm advises leading trading firms, hedge funds, and technology-driven financial institutions on senior hiring across research, trading, and quantitative technology.
As we continue to expand our global footprint, we are hiring a Marketing Associate to strengthen engagement with our brand, professionalise our digital presence across Sartre Group and its sub-brands (including The Sustainable Partnership), and support the production of high-quality market publications (salary surveys, commentary, role briefs) used by clients and candidates worldwide.
This role sits close to the firm’s research function and involves working with structured market information and professional content rather than purely creative marketing output.
This is a hands-on execution role offering early responsibility and direct exposure to senior consultants and the CEO.
What You’ll Do?
Produce structured quarterly publications (salary surveys, market commentary) in collaboration with the research team.
Support consultants in translating market insights into clear, well-formatted content for LinkedIn and other digital channels.
Draft and refine job descriptions and role briefs for online distribution.
Maintain and improve Sartre Group’s online presence through active LinkedIn management and regular website updates.
Develop and manage a practical SEO strategy across Sartre Group and its sub-brands (including The Sustainable Partnership).
Design and execute targeted email campaigns using CRM data and identify opportunities to better leverage existing datasets.
Build clean, professional presentations and templates for client materials and internal use.
Design and analyse feedback surveys to assess brand perception and engagement.
Work with structured information, data points, and market insights to produce clear, precise professional content.
Provide support with general office management tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the Pune office.
Who This Suits?
Graduate or early professional (0–3 years) with experience in marketing, content, communications, or digital roles.
Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with structured information, market insights, and performance metrics, using modern digital and data tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Exposure to international environments (global clients, multinational teams, or study/work abroad) and comfortable working with colleagues across time zones.
Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, formatting quality, and deadlines.
Structured and reliable in execution, with high personal standards for quality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Location: Pune (hybrid possible)
Compensation: Competitive relative to market, with strong learning exposure and long-term growth potential.
If you are looking for early responsibility, international exposure, and a steep learning curve in a high-performance professional services environment, we would be glad to hear from you.
