Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support day-to-day marketing activities, including content creation, campaign execution, and lead generation efforts. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in marketing within a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns across various digital channels
- Support lead generation activities and maintain marketing databases
- Create, edit, and publish content across social media, websites, and other platforms
- Coordinate with internal teams to support ongoing marketing initiatives
- Track and report basic campaign performance and metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or B2B marketing
- Basic understanding of social media, email marketing, and lead generation
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take feedback positively
- Experience managing LinkedIn pages or running campaigns is a plus
