We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dynamic and highly organized 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 to join our team at 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐁𝐲𝐭𝐞𝐬. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, supporting marketing and executive operations while traveling internationally as required.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the CEO and senior leadership team.
- Assist with marketing planning, documentation, and reporting.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and internal communications.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and international travel arrangements.
- Support planning and forecasting activities across marketing initiatives.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐏𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭 and 𝐌𝐒 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥
- Basic 𝐈𝐓 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲
- Experience with 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

- Valid passport and willingness to travel globally on short notice
