This role offers a front row seat to building and marketing retail destinations across multiple cities.
Role Overview: The Associate will work across offline and online marketing, supporting execution of on ground activations as well as digital campaigns. The role is execution focused and requires strong coordination, creativity, and comfort working both on ground and with structured data.
Key Responsibilities
Offline Marketing & Activations
● Plan and execute offline campaigns and on ground activations across centres such as weekend events, seasonal campaigns, flea markets, experiential setups, and store launches
● Manage end to end execution across centres including vendor coordination, fabrication, logistics, staffing, and on site supervision
● Work with brand partners to align on participation, offers, and joint promotions across centres for each activation
● Build localized marketing calendars for each centre based on catchment, seasonality, and brand mix
● Conduct site visits and on ground evaluations across centres to assess feasibility and execution readiness ● Design and execute consumer surveys and interact with shoppers across centres to gather qualitative insights
● Support neighbourhood mapping, footfall pattern tracking, and identification of local partnerships and collaboration opportunities across centres
● Track campaign performance across centres including footfall, engagement, and conversion indicators and translate into actionable inputs
● Ensure brand consistency, visual standards, and experience quality across centres for all activations
Digital Marketing
● Support planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns aligned with offline activations
● Assist in building and maintaining content calendars across platforms
● Contribute to content ideation including reels, posts, campaigns, and storytelling formats
● Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for content creation and publishing
● Track digital performance metrics and derive learnings to improve future campaigns
● Ensure strong integration between on ground activations and digital amplification
Profile Requirements
● 1–3 years of experience in offline marketing, on-ground activations, or event execution
● Prior experience in managing end-to-end execution of campaigns including vendors, fabrication, logistics, and on-site coordination
● Strong understanding of retail environments, consumer behaviour, and footfall-driven marketing
● Comfortable working on-ground across locations and managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously
● Ability to plan and execute localised marketing calendars based on catchment and seasonality
● Strong coordination and problem-solving skills, especially in fast-paced, execution-heavy environments ● Basic understanding of digital amplification of offline campaigns is a plus
● Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva or similar tools is preferred
● Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
● Willingness to travel and support weekend activations and launches
