Role Summary
We are hiring a hands-on Marketing Executive who can take full ownership of execution across digital marketing, content, performance campaigns, and on-ground initiatives. This role is for someone who moves fast, takes initiative naturally, and can independently manage multiple marketing projects end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media end-to-end, including planning, content creation, publishing, and performance tracking
- Drive consistent growth in engagement and reach through regular experimentation and content iteration
- Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google for brand awareness and lead generation
- Track performance metrics like CTR, CPL, conversions, and improve results through ongoing optimization
- Coordinate SEO execution with external partners and ensure consistent progress in rankings and organic traffic
- Create marketing collaterals such as pitch decks, brochures, presentations, and company profiles
- Identify and execute brand-building opportunities through events, partnerships, and offline initiatives
- Represent the brand during external meetings, events, collaborations, and industry interactions when required
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality execution
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment or startup ecosystem
- Prior experience handling HNI/UHNI clients
- Strong understanding of content strategy, digital marketing, and campaign execution
- Proven experience managing social media accounts with visible improvement in engagement and reach
- Ability to independently run paid campaigns and interpret performance data
- Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with external stakeholders
- Ownership-driven mindset with high accountability and execution discipline
- Ability to manage multiple projects without constant follow-ups
Good to Have
- Exposure to PR, partnerships, or event-led marketing
- Experience representing a brand at events or industry forums
- Familiarity with SEO tools and working with agencies or freelancers

- Growth and engagement performance across LinkedIn and Instagram
- Paid campaign performance across CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and lead quality
- Quality, consistency, and speed of marketing execution
- Ability to drive initiatives independently without heavy supervision
