Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified business leads for Intelligent Vending Machine deployments.
- Conduct telecalling and schedule meetings with prospective customers.
- Identify business opportunities across gyms, shopping malls, schools, colleges, hospitals, airports, railway stations, bus terminals, corporate offices, and other commercial establishments.
- Research and maintain detailed client profiles, including key decision-makers, contact information, and business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective clients and nurture leads through the sales pipeline until closure.
- Plan, coordinate, and participate in exhibitions, roadshows, product demonstrations, and marketing events.
- Coordinate client meetings, site surveys, and business presentations with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing and business development initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in Marketing, Telecalling, Lead Generation, Business Development, or Customer Engagement.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong telecalling, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Good internet research and data collection skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and marketing events across India.
What Success Looks Like - Within your first 6–12 months, you will:
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads across target industries.
- Successfully coordinate and represent Griffinmark Robotics at marketing events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Develop meaningful relationships with key decision-makers and strategic partners.
- Consistently achieve lead generation and follow-up targets.
- Contribute to expanding Griffinmark Robotics' Intelligent Vending Machine network across India.
- Demonstrate initiative, ownership, and problem-solving skills that pave the way for rapid career advancement.
