Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Associate to support the India marketing team across day-to-day execution, coordination, content operations, events, and marketing administration.
This is primarily an execution-focused role intended to support the broader marketing and growth initiatives driven by the marketing team. The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, external vendors, event partners, and global teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
The ideal candidate should be organized, dependable, comfortable handling multiple parallel tasks, and willing to work in a structured B2B technology marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Support execution of marketing activities across digital campaigns, events, and internal communication initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams, design, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
• Handle content operations including formatting, repurposing, scheduling, and publishing across platforms.
• Manage social media posting and maintain the LinkedIn content calendar.
• Coordinate execution of events, including vendor management, logistics, collateral, and post-event follow-ups.
• Maintain marketing trackers, budget sheets, campaign records, and documentation.
• Keep the master marketing calendar updated with campaigns, events, and key timelines.
• Maintain updates on internal communication platforms.
• Conduct basic market research and identify relevant industry events and opportunities.
• Ensure all marketing activities and documents follow corporate guidelines, including brand and ISO requirements.
• Maintain proper traceability of marketing documents and artefacts, ensuring version control and audit readiness.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, events, content support, or similar roles.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and basic social media workflows.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing trackers.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage recurring operational tasks.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Prior exposure to B2B, technology, engineering, or industrial domains is preferred.
