Job Title: Marketing Associate
Location: Calicut, Kerala, India
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Marketing Associate to strengthen our online presence, improve brand visibility, and support business development through consistent and strategic digital marketing efforts. The role will focus on managing social media, improving search visibility, and executing marketing plans aligned with the firm’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Presence & Content:
- Manage and maintain the company’s presence on platforms such as LinkedIn and other relevant channels
- Plan and publish regular posts, updates, and thought-leadership content
- Assist in drafting content such as articles, announcements, and company updates
- Identify effective ways of marketing like podcasts and other video contents.
SEO & Website Management:
- Work on improving search engine visibility through SEO practices
- Coordinate updates and improvements to the company website
- Monitor website traffic and suggest improvements
Marketing Strategy Support:
- Develop and execute monthly marketing plans aligned with business development goals
- Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility within target industries and markets
- Support campaign planning for events, announcements, and service launches
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track performance metrics such as engagement, reach, website visits, and content effectiveness
- Prepare periodic reports highlighting key insights and recommendations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or professional services
- Familiarity with:
LinkedIn marketing
SEO fundamentals
Content planning and scheduling tools
- Strong written communication and content structuring skills
- Experience working with consulting, recruitment, or professional services firms
- Basic understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics or LinkedIn insights
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple marketing initiatives
