Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Associate based in Noida. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for conducting market research, implementing marketing strategies, supporting sales initiatives, and managing projects related to promoting Aros Holiday Private Limited’s travel services. Day-to-day tasks include crafting marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, assisting in sales efforts, and driving brand presence to engage potential clients effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and collaborate with team members effectively.
- Experience in Market Research and the ability to analyze data and identify new travel market opportunities.
- Understanding and application of Marketing and Sales strategies to promote travel services and grow the client base.
- Strong Project Management skills for planning and executing marketing campaigns and related travel initiatives.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a passion for travel and customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools or software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the travel industry is an added advantage.
