Alliance City Developers is looking for a creative and execution-focused Marketing Associate to join our team.
Since we work closely with a marketing agency, this role will primarily focus on marketing ideation, campaign coordination, implementation, and execution tracking.

• Marketing Ideation & Campaign Planning
• Agency Coordination & Execution
• Branding & Promotional Activities
• Campaign Follow-Ups & Implementation
• Internal Team Coordination
• Market Research & Trend Analysis
🔹 Requirements:
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Creative thinking and marketing sense
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
• Experience in real estate marketing preferred
