Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Assistant role based in Coimbatore. In this position, the Marketing Assistant will support marketing initiatives by creating promotional materials, coordinating marketing campaigns, and managing administrative tasks. Daily responsibilities include assisting in social media management, preparing marketing reports, maintaining customer databases, and coordinating events or client meetings. The role requires collaboration with the marketing and sales teams to maintain effective communication and ensure the success of marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and crafting online campaigns
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including handling customer data and preparing reports
- Knowledge of content creation, including writing, editing, and developing marketing materials
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate across teams and coordinate events or meetings
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Experience with marketing tools or analytics software is a plus
- Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment and able to meet tight deadlines
