Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Assistant role based in Pune. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting marketing activities through communication efforts, conducting market research, assisting in customer service operations, and aiding the sales and marketing teams. The role involves liaising with team members, helping develop marketing materials, and ensuring smooth implementation of marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Market Research and Sales
- Knowledge of Sales & Marketing principles and strategies
- Ability to support and collaborate with teams to meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with basic marketing tools
- Prior experience in a marketing or sales role is an advantage
