Role Description The Marketing Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Marketing Assistant will support the development and execution of marketing and outreach activities to enhance the school’s visibility and engagement with students, parents, and the local community. Daily tasks may include assisting with market research, coordinating events and campaigns, preparing marketing materials, and supporting communication efforts across various channels. The role also involves collaborating with administrative staff, maintaining records of marketing initiatives, and providing support for inquiries related to admissions and school programs.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to gather, analyze, and interpret data for outreach and enrollment strategies.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to support promotional activities and admission drives.
- Candidates should have basic proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) and familiarity with social media or digital communication platforms.
- Candidates should demonstrate organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in an educational setting.
- A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in education or public sector environments is an advantage.
