Role Description The Marketing Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana. This position supports day-to-day marketing and sales activities, including assisting with promotional campaigns, coordinating with the sales team, and preparing basic marketing materials and reports. Responsibilities include conducting simple market research, maintaining customer databases, handling customer inquiries, and supporting customer service efforts. The Marketing Assistant will help track sales and marketing performance, assist in organizing events or client visits, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to gather and interpret basic market and competitor information.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to support lead generation, follow-ups, and promotional activities.
- Basic proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email) is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- Prior internship or experience in marketing, sales, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Relevant education in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
