Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City for a Marketing and Strategy Manager. The role involves developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, executing and managing campaigns, and overseeing projects. The Manager will be responsible for conducting market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and driving sales strategies to align with the company’s objectives, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience in market analysis, data interpretation, and forecasting
- Strategic Planning capabilities to design, implement, and evaluate business and marketing strategies
- Proficiency in Marketing and proven expertise in brand positioning and campaign development
- Project Management skills to organize, plan, and execute projects effectively
- Sales experience with the ability to identify opportunities and implement revenue growth strategies
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience in the fragrance, cosmetics, or FMCG industry is advantageous
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field
