Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing and Sales Manager based in Noida. The role involves developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions, analyze market trends, and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Experience in Marketing Strategy development, Market Research, and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in Client Relationship Management and Account Management
- Strong Negotiation and Sales Closing skills
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and other digital sales tools
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or B2B sales would be an advantage
- Strong understanding of precision manufacturing or similar industries (preferred)
