Role Description
The Marketing and Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and sales initiatives to drive growth and strengthen customer relationships. Daily activities include planning and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, identifying new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and overseeing promotional activities. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kondotty, Kerala.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Marketing, Campaign Management, and Branding
- Proven expertise in Lead Generation, Sales Management, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Skills in Data Analysis, Market Research, and Competitor Analysis
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Experience with Digital Marketing tools, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; tech-savviness is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional experience in the retail or FMCG sectors is highly advantageous
