Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing and Sales Executive (BTech - Civil) based in Mandideep. The role involves identifying potential clients and markets, promoting DECG’s range of infrastructure products, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. The Marketing and Sales Executive will also coordinate with the production and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met, create proposals, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in civil engineering concepts, with a BTech in Civil Engineering
- Proficiency in marketing and sales, including client relationship management and lead generation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and stakeholders
- Basic understanding of structural and infrastructure products such as bridge bearings and expansion joints
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in using tools for presentations, documentation, and data management
- Willingness to work on-site at the Mandideep location
- Prior experience in marketing or sales within the construction or infrastructure industry is a plus
