We are seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Marketing and Sales Executive to join our growing team in the NGO/Social Services sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns, driving donor acquisition and retention, and supporting sales initiatives that align with our social impact goals. The Marketing and Sales Executive will collaborate with program teams, communications specialists, and external partners to create compelling narratives that inspire action and foster long-term relationships with stakeholders. *Responsibilities:*
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to promote NGO programs and initiatives.
- Create compelling content for digital platforms (social media, email newsletters, websites) that highlight impact and drive engagement.
- Manage and grow donor and supporter databases using CRM tools; track and report on campaign performance.
- Support fundraising efforts by identifying and cultivating potential donors, sponsors, and partners.
- Coordinate outreach campaigns, events, and awareness drives to expand community reach.
- Analyze market trends and audience insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with program teams to gather success stories and data for use in promotional materials.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to campaign effectiveness and donor engagement.
- Assist in the production of brochures, presentations, annual reports, and other marketing collateral.

- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp, Canva).
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and data management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local language(s).
- Creative mindset with the ability to craft persuasive, emotionally resonant messaging.
- Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel locally for events, community engagements, and field visits.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or volunteer coordination is a plus.
