Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing and Sales Associate, located in Pune, Maharashtra.
The role involves managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and identifying customer needs to build effective sales strategies. You will be responsible for lead generation, client interaction, and executing outreach initiatives.
You will also collaborate closely with internal teams to plan and execute campaigns aligned with company goals.
Qualifications• Strong interest in Marketing, Sales, and Business Development
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media is a plus
• Skills in Lead Generation and Client Relationship Management
• Ability to perform Market Research and understand customer needs
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
