Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur for a Marketing and Public Relations Specialist. The responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting comprehensive market research, building and maintaining customer relationships, creating campaigns to promote the company’s offerings, and representing the brand in public relations initiatives. The specialist will also support the sales team and collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure consistent and impactful communication.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in Market Research to analyze industry trends and customer preferences.
- Proficiency in Marketing Strategy development and Sales initiatives to drive business growth.
- Familiarity with public relations practices and creating compelling brand narratives is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and collaborate across teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
