Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Marketing and Public Relations Specialist located in Gurugram. The specialist will be responsible for creating innovative marketing strategies, conducting in-depth market research, and managing public relations activities to enhance the brand's visibility. Responsibilities include developing marketing campaign strategies, handling customer interactions, and collaborating with the team to execute impactful projects that achieve organizational goals. The role requires coordination with different stakeholders and maintaining relationships with media outlets and influencers.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective interactions with clients, media, and team members
- Experience in Market Research to analyze industry trends and consumer behavior
- Proficiency in Marketing Strategy development and Sales to boost brand awareness and achieve business goals
- Ability to work collaboratively, think creatively, and adapt to a dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- Familiarity with public relations tools and digital marketing platforms is a plus
- Proven track record in executing successful PR and marketing campaigns is highly desirable
