Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Marketing and Public Relations Manager. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with pharmaceutical media outlets, crafting and distributing press releases, and managing public relations campaigns. The manager will ensure cohesive communication across platforms, enhance brand visibility and reputation, and align all external messaging with the company’s mission and objectives. The candidate is expected to create networking opportunities for the company with B2B clients, attending pharmaceutical & primary packaging events to create opportunities as well as drive brand visibility. The candidate is expected to do introductory marketing field work opening channels for technical & sales team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in crafting compelling Press Releases and managing Media Relations
- Strong skills in Communication and Public Relations to effectively represent the brand
- Experience in Strategic Communications to devise and implement impactful campaigns
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of PR and marketing strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or packaging industry is preferred but not mandatory
