Role Overview
We are seeking a Growth Marketing & PR Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in lead generation, outreach, and client acquisition.
This role is designed for individuals who want practical exposure to real business development and marketing execution in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients using LinkedIn and other platforms
- Execute daily outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email
- Initiate and manage conversations with prospects
- Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture leads
- Schedule calls with qualified prospects
- Maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking sheets
- Support basic content and engagement activities
Performance Expectations
- 50–80 outreach messages per day
- Consistent follow-ups and engagement
- Weekly targets for qualified leads and booked calls
This is a performance-based role focused on measurable outcomes.
Stipend and Incentives
- Performance-based compensation structure
- 10–15 % per closed client
Top performers may receive:
- stipend of ₹8,000 – ₹15,000
