Role Overview

We are seeking a Growth Marketing & PR Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in lead generation, outreach, and client acquisition.

This role is designed for individuals who want practical exposure to real business development and marketing execution in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients using LinkedIn and other platforms
• Execute daily outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email
• Initiate and manage conversations with prospects
• Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture leads
• Schedule calls with qualified prospects
• Maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking sheets
• Support basic content and engagement activities

Performance Expectations

• 50–80 outreach messages per day
• Consistent follow-ups and engagement
• Weekly targets for qualified leads and booked calls

This is a performance-based role focused on measurable outcomes.

Stipend and Incentives

• Performance-based compensation structure
• 10–15 % per closed client

Top performers may receive:

• stipend of ₹8,000 – ₹15,000
