Job Title: Marketing & PR Executive – Hospitality

Role Overview
We are seeking a well-connected and creative Marketing & PR professional to lead brand visibility and guest engagement initiatives in Mumbai’s highly competitive F&B landscape. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with premium dining brands and a strong network within the city’s media and influencer ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated marketing and PR strategies to drive brand awareness and footfall
- Conceptualize and manage high-impact events, pop-ups, brand collaborations, and restaurant launches
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Mumbai-based media houses, lifestyle journalists, and influencers
- Lead publicity efforts including press coverage, features, and brand storytelling
- Manage and grow social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand positioning
- Identify trends in F&B and nightlife space to create relevant campaigns
- Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and ROI
Key Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Marketing/PR within hospitality (premium restaurants or luxury hotels preferred)
- Strong understanding of Mumbai’s F&B, nightlife, and social scene
- Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in event planning and execution
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and social media management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Good to Have (Preferred)
- Existing network with Mumbai-based influencers, bloggers, and media professionals
- Experience in influencer collaborations and brand partnerships
- Exposure to luxury branding and high-end customer experience marketing
