About The Role:
We are seeking a creative, proactive, and disciplined Marketing & PR Executive to support day-to-day marketing activities and brand-building initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world marketing operations, including digital campaigns, content creation, and public relations.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates who can demonstrate their skills through a portfolio or work samples and are eager to gain practical experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital & offline)
- Support social media management, including content creation, posting, and engagement
- Create basic marketing content such as captions, creatives, reels, emails, and blogs
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Assist in PR activities, including outreach and brand visibility initiatives
- Maintain and update marketing data, leads, and performance reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and promotions
- Support brand awareness and lead generation activities
- Handle daily marketing operations and follow-ups
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
0–2 years of experience (freshers with strong portfolios can apply)
Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
Strong communication and content writing skills
Creative thinking with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Docs, and email communication
Familiarity with Canva and basic video editing tools is preferred
Portfolio/Work Samples (Mandatory)
Candidates must share a portfolio or work samples demonstrating their skills.
This may include:
- Social media pages handled
- Content samples (posts, blogs, reels)
- Campaigns, internships, or academic projects
- Any relevant creative work
