About Ethical Sports
Ethical Sports is building a structured sports development ecosystem focused on long-term athlete development. We currently operate multiple tennis centers across Delhi NCR, combining coaching, competition, coach development, and player pathways within one integrated system.
We are looking for a Growth & Partnerships Lead to help drive the next phase of expansion.
Role Overview
This role will be responsible for lead generation, brand building, partnerships, and marketing execution across the organization. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing both strategic initiatives and day-to-day execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Brand
- Create and execute monthly marketing plans
- Manage social media content, shoots, editing, and posting
- Maintain content calendars across platforms
- Coordinate with designers, editors, and content creators
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all centers
Lead Generation & Conversion
- Drive enquiries through online and offline channels
- Manage CRM and lead follow-up systems
- Track enquiry-to-conversion performance
- Improve conversion processes and customer experience
Partnerships
- Build and manage relationships with schools
- Explore corporate partnerships and sponsorship opportunities
- Identify community engagement and outreach opportunities
- Support tournament and event promotion
Reporting & Analytics
- Track marketing performance and campaign effectiveness
- Monitor cost per lead and cost per acquisition
- Submit weekly performance reports and recommendations
- Maintain accurate marketing and sales dashboards
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of qualified leads generated
- Lead-to-enrollment conversion rate
- School partnership acquisition
- Corporate partnership value generated
- Social media consistency and reach
- Cost per acquisition (CPA)
- CRM follow-up efficiency
Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in marketing, growth, business development, or partnerships
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working with social media and digital marketing tools
- Experience managing CRM systems and lead pipelines
- Highly organized and execution-oriented
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
