We are expanding our outreach in India and looking for experienced Marketing & Outreach Executives who can help us generate leads and build partnerships.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Conduct online outreach and marketing campaigns
• Generate qualified leads through social media, WhatsApp groups, communities, and direct networking
• Promote our language courses and educational programs
• Build relationships with students, professionals, and partner communities
• Maintain lead tracking and follow-up communication
• Support marketing campaigns and growth initiatives
📊 Performance Targets
• Monthly Target: 30 – 50 qualified leads
• If more than 50 leads are generated, the salary doubles with additional incentives
💰 Compensation
• Base Salary: ₹20,000/month
• Performance Bonus: Salary can increase up to ₹40,000+ based on lead generation and conversions
👤 Requirements
• 1–3+ years experience in Sales, Marketing, or Outreach
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Experience with digital marketing, WhatsApp outreach, LinkedIn, or community marketing
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
• Passion for education, startups, and international collaboration
