• Research and identify relevant influencers, content creators and online communities for Blingram.
• Build and maintain a database of potential creators and influencers.
• Conduct personalized outreach through social media, email and other relevant channels.
• Develop appropriate outreach messages based on creator profile, audience and engagement.
• Follow up with creators and manage communication through the partnership process.
• Identify potential influencer collaborations, campaigns and promotional opportunities.
• Evaluate creators based on audience relevance, engagement, content quality and suitability for the brand.
• Track outreach activity, responses, qualified conversations and creator acquisition.
3. Bellokey Marketing & Lead Generation
• Identify potential Bellokey users, real estate agents, agencies, property professionals and business partners.
• Conduct targeted B2B and B2C outreach campaigns.
• Generate qualified leads through social media, communities, direct outreach and digital campaigns.
• Support campaigns designed to increase Bellokey users, property listings, agents and business opportunities.
• Initiate conversations with potential customers and partners and coordinate follow-ups.
• Track lead sources and measure the conversion of marketing activity into qualified opportunities.
4. Community & Digital Outreach

• Participate professionally in relevant communities and contribute useful, non-spam content.
• Share relevant Bellokey and Blingram content in accordance with community and platform rules.

• Maintain records of communities used, activities completed and leads generated.
5. Email & Prospect Outreach

• Conduct targeted email and social media outreach.
• Create personalized outreach messages and follow-up sequences.
• Monitor responses, qualified conversations and meetings generated.
• Maintain accurate prospect and campaign records.
