Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Guwahati for a Marketing and HR professional. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing customer relationships, and supporting sales initiatives. Additionally, you will play a significant role in Human Resources by coordinating recruitment, enhancing employee engagement, and managing HR-related activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy development
- Experience in Sales and engagement with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to manage HR functions, including recruitment and employee relations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proactive attitude with an ability to adapt to dynamic environments
- Educational qualifications or relevant certifications in Marketing, Business Administration, or Human Resources are advantageous
