Location: Remote
Commitment: Part-time (5-20 hrs/week) for 3 months

🌟 About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing & Growth Intern who wants to learn fast, experiment boldly, and contribute meaningfully from day one.
You’ll work directly with the founders and core team across both Deckoviz and Elinity, touching growth, outreach, content, business development, social media, and investor engagement.
This is a rare opportunity to build across two high-velocity, world-first companies — and to learn more in three months than you would in three years elsewhere.
💡 What You’ll Get to Do
🚀 1. Growth, Outreach & Business Development
- Conduct structured outreach to potential customers, retailers, distributors, partners, and affiliate marketers.
- Execute targeted outreach to US-based clients, designers, businesses, and creators.
- Prepare proposals, decks, and pitch materials for B2B and B2C partners.
- Identify new market segments, new business opportunities, and high-value partnership avenues.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with precision.
- Brainstorm and execute on our consumer user acquisition strategies.
📱 2. Social Media & Content Marketing
- Create and schedule content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, Facebook, and Reddit.
- Assist in reels, storytelling videos, and creative campaigns.
- Write hooks, captions, micro-stories, and thought-leadership snippets.
- Spot cultural moments and trends to build real-time campaigns.
- Support community building through #DeckovizSpaces and Elinity community channels.
📊 3. Marketing Analytics & Research
- Track campaign KPIs, user acquisition metrics, and social performance.
- Provide weekly performance insights and optimization recommendations.
- Research global trends in AI, design, relationships, ambient media, and experiential tech.
🎯 4. Additional Responsibilities
- Support growth operations across both Deckoviz & Elinity.
- Participate in strategy discussions and brainstorms with the founding team.
- Assist with administrative and scaling-related tasks as needed.
This is not a “make slides and watch” internship. You will operate in the real arena.

🧭 Skills We Value
- Strong written & verbal communication.
- Familiarity with social platforms and digital tools.
- Basic knowledge of performance marketing or SEO is a plus.
- Bonus: video editing (CapCut/Premiere), Canva, Figma, Notion.
- Bonus: interest in AI, psychology, design, or consumer tech.
