Role Description
We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing & Growth Intern to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives, creating engaging content, managing our social media presence, and contributing to user acquisition and brand growth.
You will work closely with the founding team and gain hands-on experience in building and scaling an AI startup.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
- Create high-quality promotional posters, graphics, and marketing creatives.
- Produce and edit professional short-form videos and product demonstrations for social media.
- Manage and grow Fillix's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital channels.
- Plan and publish engaging content to increase brand awareness and user engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with the product and growth teams to support user acquisition initiatives.
- Contribute innovative ideas to strengthen Fillix's marketing strategy and online presence.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in Marketing, Branding, Growth, or Digital Marketing.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Experience with content creation, graphic design, or video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Figma, or similar).
- Understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Analytical mindset with an interest in measuring campaign performance.
- Prior internship or project experience in marketing is a plus.
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
