About The Role-
We are looking for a highly proactive, execution-oriented, and technology-driven marketing professional who can manage day-to-day marketing execution across social media, WhatsApp, email, events, campaigns, and reporting.
Role And Responsibilities-
Marketing Execution & Coordination
- Coordinate between clients, marketing, operations, creative teams, and the CMO.
- Manage daily marketing execution and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
- Take ownership of campaigns and events from planning and execution to tracking and reporting. Track tasks and campaign progress using Notion, Click-Up, Trello, or similar tools.
- Proactively identify execution gaps and resolve issues before they impact campaigns or events.
- Handle high-pressure event days where multiple campaigns, platforms, messages, and stakeholders need to be managed simultaneously.
Social Media & Content Management
- Manage daily posting across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Channel.
- Maintain the content calendar and ensure timely publishing across platforms.
- Write captions, hooks, CTAs, and basic marketing copy in English and Hinglish.
- Schedule and manage content using Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, or similar tools.
- Monitor comments, DMs, WhatsApp engagement, and live event chats.
- Track social media performance including reach, engagement, impressions, and follower growth.
WhatsApp, Email & Campaign Execution
- Manage WhatsApp Business API (WABA) campaigns, broadcasts, templates, reminders, and event communication.
- Execute WhatsApp, email, and social media campaigns for webinars, events, launches, and marketing activities.
- Plan and manage event communication including T-7, T-3, T-1, T-0 countdowns, live announcements, real-time updates, and post-event communication.
- Coordinate and publish real-time event updates including speaker quotes, highlights, and key moments.
- Schedule and send marketing and event emails using MailerLite, Brevo, or similar platforms. Make basic updates to landing pages, event pages, banners, and campaign assets.
Marketing Automation & Workflow Integration
- Be well-versed in automation platforms such as Zapier, Pabbly Connect, n8n, Make, or similar tools.
- Build, manage, and troubleshoot automated workflows connecting marketing, CRM, communication, and operational platforms.
- Automate processes such as lead capture, lead assignment, notifications, follow-ups, reminders, data entry, reporting, and task creation.
- Understand how to connect leads from one platform to another, ensuring accurate data flow from lead generation to CRM, sales, operations, and reporting.
- Monitor automation performance, identify workflow failures, and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.
- Continuously identify opportunities to automate repetitive marketing and operational processes.
AI Systems & AI-Powered Productivity
- Be highly proficient in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, n8n AI capabilities, Notion AI, Otter, Canva AI, and other relevant AI systems.
- Use AI to improve content creation, research, reporting, productivity, and workflow management.
- Build practical AI-powered automation systems for marketing and business operations.
- Connect AI tools with CRM systems, spreadsheets, automation platforms, and other business applications.
- Develop AI-assisted workflows for lead qualification, content repurposing, campaign reporting, meeting summaries, data processing, and internal communication.
