Marketing & Growth Executive — Aura Smart / 6th Sense

About us
Aura Smart is a manufacturer and systems integration company building security and building-automation systems — CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and networking — for commercial clients across India. We're also launching 6th Sense, our own AI-powered Security platform built in India, with Indian cloud infrastructure and data residency.
We're growing fast and have almost no marketing presence. That's the problem you'll own.
What you'll do
This is a ground-level growth role, not a brand management job. You'll be doing the work, not managing agencies.
- Build our online presence from zero — website content, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business
- Create marketing material: product videos, installation walkthroughs, case studies, brochures
- Run outreach campaigns over WhatsApp and email to CCTV installers, dealers, and small business owners
- Set up and manage our Amazon product listing — photos, content, reviews, ads
- Build an installer partner network across cities through direct outreach
- Create customer case studies from our live deployments
- Support the SI business with credibility material for clients and investors
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years in marketing, digital marketing, or sales — or a strong fresher who's genuinely built something
- Comfortable with cold outreach. You'll message people who don't know us and handle rejection daily
- Can create content yourself — basic video editing, design, and writing. Tools matter less than output
- Self-directed. You'll get direction from the founder, but you'll own execution
- Based in Indore or willing to relocate. This is an on-site role
What matters more than your degree
We care about evidence you can hustle. If you've run a small business, done field sales, grown a social page, or built something from nothing — tell us about it. That counts more than where you studied.
