Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Communications Intern to support both online and offline communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will contribute to enhancing brand visibility, engaging target audiences, and maintaining consistent brand messaging across platforms.
This role involves handling promotional activities, managing customer interactions on digital platforms, and supporting marketing campaigns. The candidate will play a key role in representing the brand voice and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote company products and services through events and campaigns
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of promotional materials across online and offline channels
- Support advertising initiatives across multiple media platforms
- Assist in organising interviews, press releases, and media interactions
- Develop and manage marketing content for the company website
- Create and circulate newsletters and marketing communications
- Track and analyse campaign performance and ROI
- Engage in relevant social media groups and professional platforms
- Monitor company website and social media channels; respond to customer queries
- Build relationships with industry professionals and potential clients
- Collect and analyse customer feedback to support sales and product improvements
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in Marketing Communications or a related role
- Understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing strategies
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
- Experience managing or supporting social media campaigns
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
