Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing and Business Development Associate to own the journey from lead generation to meeting conversion. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and partnerships, and is critical to driving high-quality engagement with students, parents, and institutional partners.
You’ll work closely with the marketing team to convert inbound interest into meaningful conversations, while also building strong on-ground networks within the education ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Conversion & Management
Track and manage leads across channels (webinars, events, social media, referrals, etc.)
Drive consistent follow-ups to convert leads into scheduled meetings
Maintain high responsiveness and conversion efficiency
2. CRM & Pipeline Ownership
Update and manage lead data within CRM systems
Track the full lead journey until first meeting conversion
Ensure accuracy, hygiene, and visibility of pipeline data
3. Outreach & Partnerships
Plan and execute outreach strategies in collaboration with the marketing team
Build and nurture relationships with schools, tutors, parent networks, and partners
Identify and activate new channels for lead generation
4. Events & Engagement
Support execution of workshops, seminars, and webinars
Drive pre-event confirmations and post-event conversions
Share structured post-event lead insights and data
Occasional travel for events and outreach
Collate monthly marketing and event expenses and share reports with the team
5. Partner & Vendor Coordination
Manage partner/vendor leads and relationships
Support MoUs, coordination, and payment follow-ups
Ensure consistent engagement and accountability
6. Community Activation
Engage with residential communities, clubs, and parent ecosystems.
Build local presence and awareness through offline initiatives
7. Reporting & Optimization
Track conversion rates and outreach performance
Generate insights to improve campaigns and strategies
8. Creative & Marketing Support
Assist with event collaterals and local branding initiatives
Coordinate with agencies and central teams to maintain brand consistency
Support content creation needs from the Delhi/NCR region
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, outreach, or education roles
Experience with CRM tools and lead tracking systems
Working knowledge of Canva, Excel, and Google Workspace
