Role Description:
We are looking for a driven and hungry Business Development Intern to support our B2B sales efforts in the Mumbai market. This is a hands-on, high-learning internship where you will work directly alongside the Founder, get real exposure to SaaS sales cycles, CXO interactions, and deal-making — not just research and PPTs. If you have the hunger to build a career in B2B sales or business development, this is the launchpad.
Working Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Sundays: Holiday
Internship Period: 3 months (Pls note this can be converted to full-time job if performance is good)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and researching potential B2B leads across Mumbai’s IT, startup and SME ecosystem.
- Support outreach via cold calling, LinkedIn messaging and email campaigns to engage decision-makers.
- Shadow and assist senior BDMs during client meetings, product demos and presentations.
- Maintain and update the lead database and CRM with accurate, timely information.
- Help prepare daily sales activity reports, pitch decks and client-facing documents.
- Participate in strategy discussions with the founder and contribute ideas for pipeline growth.
- Attend networking events, startup meets and industry forums to build brand awareness.
Qualifications
- MBA students (Marketing / Sales specialisation preferred) or any graduate with a passion for sales.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales, business development or marketing.
- Local candidates from Mumbai permanently will be strongly preferred.
