Role Description
This is a remote internship position for Campus Growth & Branding Strategist/Social Media Marketing Intern. The role involves developing and executing campus-based marketing campaigns, managing event planning and coordination, and building partnerships with student organizations/ clubs/ committees. Responsibilities include lead generation, social media strategies, pricing analysis/ support, and supporting sales and brand-building efforts. The expected responsibilities would include, but not limited to:
- On-Campus Awareness: Represent GrowthBridge Labs across committees, clubs, and peer groups
- Student Requirements Mapping: Understand learning needs of students and relay insights for future product development
- Pricing Analysis: Gather student feedback on fair pricing benchmarks and propose adjustments to the existing pricing
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Track interested students, suggest conversion strategies, and maintain a lead database
- Feedback & Reporting: Provide monthly insights on preferences, trends, and overall experience improvement
- Social Media Promotion: Share and engage with GrowthBridge posts on LinkedIn and campus groups
Qualifications & Prerequisites:
- Students currently enrolled in Graduate / Postgraduate programs (MBA, BBA, B.Com, M.Com, or related fields with a marketing specialization). Candidates from other streams with a strong interest in marketing, branding, and business are also encouraged to apply.
- Only full-time & currently enrolled students will be considered for this internship / live project
- Candidates must be willing to commit to a minimum of five months for this remote internship / live project.
- Expected time commitment: 15–20 hours per week. Compensation will range between INR 3,000 – INR 4,000 per month, depending on interview performance.
- Strong interest in marketing, branding, and student engagement strategies
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (especially LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp groups, etc.) and content sharing dynamics
- Ability to contribute to lead generation and outreach efforts, including tracking and converting student interest into enrollments
- Understanding of campus ecosystems (clubs, committees, student groups) and ability to build relationships within them
- Event planning and execution skills for organizing campus-level initiatives, awareness drives, and promotional activities
- Creative thinking with the ability to suggest innovative marketing ideas and engagement strategies
- Ability to work in a remote, unstructured environment with minimal supervision
- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities
- Analytical mindset to gather student feedback, pricing insights, and campaign effectiveness data
- Prior experience in campus ambassador programs / student leadership roles is highly desirable
- Exposure to social media marketing, content creation, or digital campaigns is highly valuable
- Basic familiarity with tools like Excel / Google Sheets for tracking leads and reporting
