Role Description
As a full-time Marketing and Business Development Intern based on-site in Gurgaon, you will play a key role in supporting our growth efforts. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies, aiding in customer service initiatives, and supporting sales activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to projects that drive customer engagement and business expansion.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, fostering positive client relationships and engagement.
- Experience in Market Research and the ability to analyze data to identify opportunities and trends.
- Knowledge of Marketing Strategy, with the ability to contribute to the planning and execution of marketing initiatives.
- Basic understanding of Sales processes and techniques to support business development efforts.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English, with additional languages being an advantage.
Stipend
- ₹15,000 per month + Performance Bonus
