Key Responsibilities
- Execute patient acquisition strategies through digital and on-ground initiatives
- Actively participate in fieldwork, partnerships, and local outreach for business development
- Build and manage relationships with doctors, corporates, and referral partners
- Support digital marketing efforts including social media, performance campaigns, and lead generation
- Track leads, conversions, and campaign effectiveness with a focus on outcomes
- Contribute ideas to strengthen brand visibility and market presence

This is a performance-driven role with a strong focus on targets, business generation, and measurable outcomes. Candidates should be open to travel and field responsibilities as part of growth and expansion efforts.

Internship Structure
- Duration: 6 months (probation period)
- Full-time PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) with competitive CTC for high-performing candidates
Compensation
- Stipend in the range of ₹5,000 to ₹8,000 per month
- Travel and out-of-pocket expenses covered for fieldwork
- Performance-based incentives linked to targets and business outcomes
