Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Marketing and Business Development Coordinator for a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves conducting market research to identify trends, preparing business proposals, maintaining client relationships, and providing customer service support. The coordinator will also assist in executing marketing campaigns, managing communications, and evaluating business growth opportunities to support the company’s strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate industry trends and market opportunities
- Excellent Communication and customer engagement skills
- Proficiency in Market Research and the ability to gather and analyze data effectively
- Experience in Proposal Writing and presenting business ideas in a clear and compelling manner
- Customer Service expertise with a client-centric approach
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and technologies is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in beauty, wellness, or retail industries is a plus
