About the job
Marketing & Brand Intern (Founder's Office)
Location: Gurugram | On-site
Timings: 11 AM to 6 PM
Stipend: Competitive stipend with strong growth opportunities
About ZEN (Zero Extra Nonsense)
ZEN is building a protein bar that tastes like dessert first. Each bar packs 15g protein, 13g fibre, just 6g net carbs, zero added sugar and no palm oil, with no chalky aftertaste and no compromise.
Our name is our philosophy: zero extra nonsense, in our bars, our brand and the way we work.
We're early, we're growing, and you'll help shape how India discovers a better way to snack.
About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing & Brand Intern who doesn't just do marketing… they breathe it. Someone who thinks marketing, marketing, marketing.
You'll work directly with the founders and core team at the Founder's Office. Not on the sidelines, but in the room where ideas are born, fought over and shipped.
What You'll Do
• Brainstorm and execute bold campaign ideas, from crazy concepts to ready-to-post content
• Own and grow our social media: trends, reels, memes, captions and community
• Shape the brand voice so people instantly know "haan, yeh toh ZEN hai"
• Research competitors, trends, and what makes audiences stop scrolling
• Work on branding projects, content calendars and launch plans with the Founder's Office
• Track what works, kill what doesn't, and keep experimenting
Who We're Looking For
• A crazy creative mind with zero fear of pitching weird ideas
• You live and breathe social media and internet culture
• Work-oriented: you love ideas, but you love finishing them more
• A cool, no-ego person who's fun to build with
• Strong sense of storytelling, design and copy (or a hunger to get there)
Bonus: You've run a page, a side hustle, or a brand of your own.
Why ZEN?
Work directly with the founders. See your ideas go live, not die in a deck.
You'll get real exposure to business decisions in a fast-paced, creative space where you learn 10x faster, with the freedom to experiment (and fail, and try again) and a portfolio you'll actually be proud to show.
If you've ever seen an ad and thought "I could do this better," we should probably talk.
