✨ Your Role (Marketing & Branding Executive)
As a Marketing & Branding Executive, you will help grow the Finnovationz brand, YouTube presence, and EdTech programs through creative marketing strategies, digital campaigns, and audience engagement.
You will work closely with content creators, video editors, and business teams to build brand awareness and generate course enrollments.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google
• Promote finance courses, webinars, and educational programs
• Support lead generation and course enrollments
YouTube Growth Marketing
• Promote YouTube videos through SEO, thumbnails, titles, and audience engagement strategies
• Analyze YouTube metrics such as views, watch time, subscriber growth, and engagement
• Work with the content team to scale the channel
Brand Building
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all marketing platforms
• Strengthen Finnovationz brand visibility in the financial education space
• Assist in branding campaigns and partnerships
Content & Social Media Marketing
• Plan social media content calendars
• Create and manage marketing creatives and promotional posts
• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors
Performance Tracking
• Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, and Meta Ads Manager
• Prepare marketing performance reports and insights

• Passion for finance, education, and content-driven brands
🎓 Qualification
• Graduate in Marketing / Business / Media / Communications / Digital Marketing
Certifications in Digital Marketing are a plus.
