Role- Marketing Analytics
Key Responsibilities
- Define and refine audience segmentation strategies to improve campaign targeting and relevance
- Establish structured test-and-learn frameworks to optimize CRM campaign performance
- Enhance measurement methodologies to track campaign effectiveness and ROI more accurately
- Analyze campaign and customer performance data to generate actionable insights
- Drive data-driven decision-making across CRM initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM analytics aligns with broader marketing and business goals
- Support continuous improvement of CRM reporting, insights, and optimization practices
Preferred Skills / Experience
- Experience in CRM analytics, marketing analytics, or campaign performance analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with audience segmentation, campaign measurement, and A/B testing frameworks
- Ability to translate data into insights and business recommendations
- Familiarity with dashboards, reporting tools, and CRM performance tracking
- Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
