This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing market trends, tracking professionals, and turning insights into sharp content.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain structured candidate and market intelligence datasets
• Analyze career trajectories, hiring patterns, and industry trends
• Generate insights to support recruitment and leadership hiring mandates
• Create and manage LinkedIn content (posts, briefs, content calendar)
• Track content performance and optimize for engagement and reach
• Support overall personal branding and social media strategy
Requirements
• Freshers with some experience in marketing, research, recruitment, or content
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent written communication (LinkedIn/content writing experience preferred)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media analytics
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
